After a two-month long nation lockdown, Wheeler's Cafe & Bar has decided to resume its operation once the Covid-19 health crisis has been observed under control. Reopening the business may not be as easy - considering the Protection Act for Workers, Workplaces and the SOPs that need to be complied with Post-MCO.
