Fibertex Personal Care is a renowned global manufacturer that supplies core components for baby diapers, sanitary napkins and adult incontinence care products. Its Malaysia operation is headquartered in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, it has two branches, one in Nilai and another in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.
Dealing with contractors and visitors year in and year out, Fibertex has been struggling with its manual logbook systems for far too long. The logbook requires the receptionists to do manual registration which has proven to be ineffective, considering the registrations of visitors and contractors are done differently. The manual system also did not have an invitation feature which had caused many visitors to end up at the wrong branch. Over the years, they do not have an idea of how many visitors have visited Fibertex and their frequency.
