TimeTec LPR is a license plate recognition system installed onto a local computer, and connected to TimeTec VMS. Via TimeTec VMS, an Admin can create visitor profiles that are linked to vehicle license numbers. When any of the authorized vehicle approaches the designated barrier gate(s), the local TimeTec LPR would read its license plate to grant immediate access. |

Epicamera is a cloud-based surveillance camera system designed to store footages from IP cameras. This solution has been integrated with i-Vizit App to monitor visitor checks in or out. The IP camera can take a photo and link the photo to the visitation records, which can be reviewed under TimeTec VMS. |

TimeTec VMS supports IoT access control devices, QR Master, Face Master and TimeTec BLE-2. Hence, visitors can scan the QR codes or faces (for pre-registered or invited visitor) at the QR Master or Face Master to be authenticated either at the local QR Master or Face Master, or at a server. The QR Master or the Face Master controls the access to the TimeTec BLE-2 and it will unlock door/gate/turnstile when authentication is successful. |

Similar to Remark 4. The QR Master or Face Master is installed inside a lift together with TimeTec BLE-16. When a visitor gets verified by either QR code or a face, the TimeTec BLE-16 will respond and carry the car to the designated floor. |

TimeTec VMS is using a QR code or a face as an access credential. Whenever a visitor is approved by the host (pre-register, walk in, invitation), the system will send a QR code to the visitor’s mailbox, which can be used to verify at the QR Master to gain entry/exit.
The system supports Anti Passback at all access points. If the visitor distributes his QR code to other people, the system will reject another entry when the QR code has already been checked-in by someone else.
The same mechanism works on the Face Master. The only difference is, the visitor will only send a face picture to the admin. The Admin then can upload the photo to server and to the Face Master for authentication during arrival.

All visitation requests (pre-register or walk-in) are sent to the host’s mobile app. Only the host can approve the requests. However, the approval rules can be customised to suit the office visitation rules. |
