New Features
1. Facility Module (TimeTec VMS Web & App)
In October, we introduced a new module: Facility, which allows employees to book available facilities in the office building via TimeTec VMS. This feature brings better facility management and efficiency to the company.

For Admin, this module is divided into 2 tabs: Manage Facilities and Request and Approval.

Manage Facility: Admin can manage facility details and customise approval rules for each facility.
Request and Approval: Admin to manage bookings and approvals.

For employees: Once the facility is added, employees can book the facility using VMS.

Facility module is now available in the TimeTec VMS app too, allowing the users to book facilities via their smartphone.

2. Enhancement on Reports Module
Report Module has more filters (Registration Type, Block, and Office/Department) for reports. Admin can customize the report according to the company’s preference. The outlook and arrangement of the table columns of the report has been improve and update the Excel file layout for better user experience.

3. Body Temperature & Mask On Record
TimeTec VMS is now able for pairing with Smart AC1/TD for access control. As such, you can find a display of the body temperature and mask on record under the visitor’s access record tab, allowing the admin to monitor whether the visitors comply with the rules and regulation. This is an important feature during a pandemic to ensure safety of everybody.

4. Visitation Timezone and Purpose (i-Comm)
i-Comm is equipped with a feature to notify the Admin when a visitor is checking in after visitation hours.

i-Comm also allows visitors to define their visitation purpose apart from “meeting” or “contractor”.
