1. New QR Code Poster for Queue Relief
This month we revamp our QR code poster for the visitor queue relief. The new poster included the QR code, company information, and a user guide on how visitors can register themself by scanning the QR code. The new poster is available for download at the setting page for Queue Relief. |

2. Auto Check-in for Visitor Queue Relief
We also included automatic check-in features for premises that do not have an equipped frontdesk. By enabling this feature from the queue relief setting page, the visitor who registered through queue relief will automatically mark as check-in once they successfully submit their details. The receptionist no longer needs to use their phone or laptop to perform check-in on the registered visitor anymore. |

3. Visitor Queue Relief Form equipped with field for body temperature.
Based on the feedback we received last month on our visitor queue relief form. This month, we have revamped the form to include the field for body temperature in the form. Now, the visitors may enter their body temperature during the registration. If the auto check-in feature mentioned in the previous section is turned on when this feature is enabled, the frontdesk no longer needs any device on site to record the visitor details. |
